Black History Celebration

Celebrating Black History Month on Sunday, February 27, 2010. It is so good to know that Carter G. Woodson is responsible for us celebrating Black History Month. It is also the birthday month of Abraham Lincoln and Frederick Douglas. It is good to know that we can celebrate daily and I try to encourage my family and others to do just that. I am proud to let my hair hang free to show fullness and length without wrapping my hair with the scarf that is hanging around my neck. NOTE:: I am standing next to Carter G. Woodson played in our Black History Program by my Hubby here.
