My Sisters and I had to go to Dinah's on December 28, 2008 to get Chicken Noodle Soup. Boy do we miss that place. You can feel Mom's spirit in Dinah's. I be waiting and it is as if she will walk out to the counter and say "What Ya Doing Down Here". I am getting teary eyed here but had to share it. Can you imagine sitting there and waiting for her to come from the back or around the corner. It is hard going in there sometimes but we have to when we want to get that good food and feel that good feeling. Mom's co-workers just stare and smile and then they make us feel good when they asked "where have ya been and that ya have not been in here lately".
